Aiko Chikushi (筑紫 愛子, Chikushi Aiko) is the one suspected to have the Premonition power. However, later it is revealed that she has an enhanced version of it.

In her fortune-telling room, she reads a student's future as as Noa chases Ryu past the room, thinking that they're noisy.[1]
Abilities
Precognition-type: Chikushi has the power to see and change the future. Like Moegi, she uses a teacup as a medium of her power for it to be one-way only. However, she is the only one who can change the future of the person that she used her power on.
Hand to Hand Combat: She also appears to have some martial art skill since she has to deal with thugs and alike on regular basis.
