Can't You Tell? is the 132nd chapter of Miki Yoshikawa's Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo.

"The mysterious power's influence has even reached Urara!! Also, Urara suggests to Yamada that the two of them take some time apart, saying she doesn't want to hurt him. In order to uncover the truth behind the mysterious power, Yamada heads to the student council reference room at the clubhouse. There, he opens up to Nene about feeling torn between Urara and student council work. Nene's answer is that he should continue to work. As Yamada worries, Takuma arrives at the clubhouse... What is he doing here?!"

Plot

Jin excitedly tells Ryu and Nene that he has found something in the archives, noticing that the two had eaten without him. However, they rush to the Reference Room. Jin presents the Student Council Log Book of 1974 where he found a note about new Witches shown up. One of them could cast a spell through body contact, similar to the unknown Witch now.

Outside, Rui has waited for them. He wants to tell them how the mysterious Witch puts people under their spell, but in return he wants Ryu to join him. As Ryu refuses, Rui suggests lifting the spell off of Urara. He desires Ryu due to his immunity against memory loss, and because it would "get interesting".

Back in the Club House, Nene asks Ryu if he would not like Urara's spell to be lifted. He replies that he would have joined Rui earlier, but after Nene's support he changed his mind. He had realized that Nene always was a big help for him. After having heard these words, Nene gained the courage to kiss Ryu resolutely.
