They arrive in the “unopenable room”. Odagiri rhetorically asks him if he had known this room was open, but Yamada did. Odagiri complains to him that it’s all his fault that she was out in a harsh situation. She explains that she couldn’t stop thinking about Yamada during class and during lunch break, she wanted to see him. Yamada is pissed off, but Odagiri continues to say that Yamada kissed Shiraishi, much to Yamada’s shock. Yamada tries to explain, but Odagiri already knows that they were kissing because of their powers. After hearing that, Odagiri was relieved. Yamada’s confused, but Yamada tries to kiss her. Odagiri refuses to return back to normal because it’s the first time she felt like that and she never knew her powers would make people happy. However, Yamada kisses her anyway because he will never fall in love with her. Yamada leaves the room, and Odagiri complains how selfish he is.

Back outside, Miyamura and Ito complain about how today was such a long day, although all they did was eat bentous. Ito suggests Odagiri and Ushio join their club, since they are researching more about their powers. Odagiri and Ushio would like to research more, but she won’t join their club. If Miyamura left the club, she might however. Ushio thanks Yamada for what he did to Odagiri. But that doesn’t mean that he will apologize to Yamada for running away from him and blaming the fight all on him. Ushio claims that it’s all for the better, because they wouldn’t be living the sort of school life they were looking for in the first place if he didn’t. Yamada’s club members call him over, and Yamada takes off, saying I guess so, to Ushio. Ushio leads Odagiri to go. She watches Yamada, as he complains about not going home and researching more on the powers. Ushio asks her what’s wrong, but Odagiri frantically tries to shake it off.
