I Only Have 400 Yen!! is the 125th chapter of Miki Yoshikawa's Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo.

The Seventh Witch reveals his identity, but assures Ryu and Jin that he will not be erasing their memories. However, Toranosuke announces that Rui may be a troublesome genius to handle.

Summary

Ryu and Rui's confrontation

Looking up, Jin realizes that the Seventh Witch is looking at them, moving towards Ryu in fear of having his memories wiped. However, Ryu assures him that everything will be fine, as Shinichi is on their side. Hearing their conversation, the Seventh Witch assures them that he will not be erasing their memories. Along the way, Ryu notices that he does not seen to know much of his powers. He moves forward and asks him if he attained his power two months ago, which he confirms, leading Ryu to announce that he is Rika's successor. Ryu tries to ask him to join the Student Council, but he refuses. He then begins to detail the things he was able to observe, including Ryu's copy power. He turns to leave, revealing his name. Ryu warns him not to lay a hand on Jin, but is reassured that he does not intend to erase his memories. Looking towards Ryu, he asks if he is trying to pick a fight, shortly enough falling from where he stands, leading Ryu to catch him; confused. Waking up, Rui questions his location, only to have Ryu inform him that he is resting in the nurse's office.

Shortly enough, he reveals that he is borderline anemic, prompting Ryu to berate him for climbing up high places. Before falling back to sleep, he asks Ryu and Jin if they know what Witch power he is fond of, eventually revealing that it is the power to know human relationships. Returning to the Student Council office, Ryu and Jin report what just happened, with Toranosuke announcing that Rui may be troublesome, calling him a genius. At the end of the day, Ryu ponders the meaning behind Toranosuke's words, but Nene appears just then, asking to speak to him about Jin's power. However, he refuses, worried that something may go wrong. As Ryu walks towards the door, she asks if he would like to walk home with her, but Urara appears just then, alarming her. She angrily walks away, while Rui stands behind a wall, calling a certain "power" interesting.
