Provocation (扇動Sendō) is a Witch Power and a variation of Emotion Manipulation.

Description

By shaking hands with another person, the user makes that person be filled with discontent and unable to keep their emotions in check. The power grows stronger overtime until the victim is unable to contain their emotions longer, allowing them to be easily manipulated. The power varies in effect among each person, and the emotions ignited can be anything but mostly jealousy. The power is useless on a single victim, but is effective in large groups.

Risks/Drawbacks

Similar to the Charm Power, the Provocation power's effect varies among people and not all are affected by the power. Also, unlike both Charm and Submission Power, the Provocation Power cannot be used to control targets directly, making it a weaker power than the former two.
