Takashi Oshima (大島 隆 Ōshima Takashi) was one of the five candidates for two Vice-Presidential positions in the Student Council.

Student Council Formation Arc[]
After the Student Council gains a new president, Takashi sends an application to become a vice-president. He was later selected to be one of the top five candidates.[1] Later after school, he was called to wait by the Interview Room, writing his answers on a questionnaire. After he's done, he calls Ryu's attention and gives him his answer sheet, albeit annoyed. After being informed that he has to wait, he insults him and complains on why he is in the Student Council as he walks and ignores him Ryu.[2] He asks Ryu if the interview will start soon, being informed to wait again. He and the others are soon told to quietly sit and wait.[3] During his interview he acts quite nice to the judges, having given good answers.[4]
